Welcome to Temple of Life! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Temple of Life. Temple of Life operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Temple of Life is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.  
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Temple of Life reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Temple of Life confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Temple of Life may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.  
The return or exchange of your purchases is governed exclusively by the provisions of our Withdrawal Policy [LINK].  
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.  

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING  
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.  
Prices shown in our online stores may differ from prices in our physical stores or in online stores and other shops operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions related to our Services that may affect pricing and are governed by separate terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.  
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  
You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.  

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY  
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the goods to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, advertisements, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio files, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Temple of Life, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or create derivative works from any material on the Services. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants you any license or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Temple of Life, Shopify, or any third party, nor may it be construed as granting any such license or right. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Temple of Life.  
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Temple of Life are trademarks of Temple of Life or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of Temple of Life. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We neither monitor nor have any control or input over such tools.  
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.  
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the website is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant third-party provider(s) provide such tools.  
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Temple of Life is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Temple of Life. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Temple of Life, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Temple of Life.

You further agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could affect the operation of the Services or any related website. Additionally, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may be used in any way that affects the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) use the Services for spam, phishing, pharming, or pretexting; (e) use robots, spiders, scraping tools, data mining and extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools (e.g., agentic AI), or any automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, circumvent, or manipulate security features, authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
